About db89

Who We Are

db89 was founded with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a safe, fast, and genuinely enjoyable online gaming experience. We saw a gap in the market — players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and beyond were searching for a platform that truly understood their needs. They wanted cricket betting that tracked the BPL and Bangladesh Tigers in real time, slot games from globally trusted studios, live casino tables streamed in HD, and above all, instant deposits and withdrawals through the payment methods they already use every day.

From day one, db89 has prioritised two things above all else: player trust and product quality. Every game on our platform is sourced from certified providers. Every transaction is protected by SSL encryption. And every support request is handled by a team that understands the Bangladeshi market inside out. We are not just another gambling site — we are a platform built specifically for players in Bangladesh, by people who live and breathe this market.

Our Mission

Our mission at db89 is straightforward: deliver the best online casino and sports betting experience to players across Bangladesh. That means building a product that is mobile-first, fast-loading on any connection, and packed with the games and markets that Bangladeshi players actually care about — from BPL cricket to international slots tournaments, from live roulette with real dealers to crash games that keep the energy running all night.

We are committed to responsible and transparent operation. db89 provides clear terms, fair bonus conditions, and straightforward withdrawal processes. We believe a player who understands what they are signing up for is a happier, longer-term player — and that trust, once earned, is the most valuable thing a platform can have. Every feature we release, every promotion we run, is measured against one question: does this genuinely serve our players?

What Makes db89 Different

Our Core Values

Everything db89 does is grounded in four principles that guide every decision — from product design to customer support to promotional strategy.

• Transparency — We publish clear terms, honest bonus conditions, and straightforward withdrawal rules. No hidden catches.
• Fairness — All games use certified RNG systems. RTP rates are maintained at industry-standard levels. Every spin and bet is independently fair.
• Responsibility — db89 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and provides self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and access to support resources for players who need them.
• Speed — Fast page loads, instant payment processing, and 24/7 live support mean you spend your time playing, not waiting.

Built for Bangladesh

db89 is built specifically for the Bangladeshi market. Our platform is optimized for the mobile data speeds common across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. We support the payment methods Bangladeshi players use daily — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — and our customer support team is available around the clock, familiar with the questions and concerns of players in this market.

We are passionate about cricket — the sport that unites Bangladesh like nothing else. db89 offers deeper cricket betting markets than any other platform in the country, with coverage spanning BPL, the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup events, and domestic fixtures. We also celebrate Bangladeshi culture: special promotions run during Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day, because we see ourselves as part of the fabric of this country — not just a business operating in it.

Playing Responsibly

db89 is an adults-only platform. All players must be 21 years of age or older to register and play. We take responsible gaming seriously — not as a checkbox, but as a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of our players. Our platform includes deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options for any player who feels they need a break.

If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulty with gambling, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for resources and self-help tools. Playing should always be fun — the moment it stops feeling that way, db89's support team is ready to help. For players aged 21 and above only.
